Rather than focusing only on adding particular bacterial strains, GutBuddies takes a broader ecological approach. The Elixir provides the products of fermentation, including organic acids and microbial metabolites produced during the fermentation process.

Directions for Use
Take 1 tablespoon twice daily.
It can be taken directly or mixed into a cool drink.
No refrigeration is required. Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
