The Human Biome Kit combines two complementary products.

1 — GutBuddies Elixir — 1 L

A fermented botanical elixir containing the products of fermentation, including organic acids and microbial metabolites.

Think of the Elixir as the ferment side of the system.

2 — GutBuddies COMPLETE Fibre — 300 g

A diverse blend of plant-based fibres selected to provide food for your existing gut microbes.

Different microbes prefer different types of fibre, which is why COMPLETE Fibre contains a broad mixture rather than relying on a single fibre source.

Think of the Fibre as the feed side of the system.

Why Use Them Together?

The two products have different jobs:

Elixir — FERMENT: provides the products of fermentation.

Complete Fibre — FEED: provides diverse plant fibres for your gut microbes.

Together they provide a straightforward way to support your gut as an ecosystem, rather than focusing on a single bacterial strain or ingredient.

How to Use

Elixir: Take 1 tablespoon twice daily. It can be taken directly or mixed into a cool drink.

Complete Fibre: Start with ½ teaspoon once daily and increase gradually to a teaspoon/day as your gut adjusts. If you experience excessive gas or constipation, reduce the amount and build up more slowly.
